This homemade costume for couples entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Harold, the 'Sea King & Queen' costume creator:
so the direction I was going for as far as aesthetics was something innovative and out of the box. My best friend and I spent a month working on this look we wanted to make it as under the sea as possible as well as add lights to the look. Everything you see in the pictures are either revamped from a regular costume or made by hand.
