This homemade costume for women entered our 2021 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Van, the 'Portrait of a Woman in a Hat' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume of a yellow hat ($15) and facepaint to replicate Picasso’s painting that was supposedly of his wife. It was inspired by the Getty challenge to imitate art masterpieces using three items. I went for two.
