This homemade costume for boys entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Molly, the 'Angry Birds' costume creator:
My twin boys Mike and Nick. Got the idea from the internet.
Instructions:
- Paper mache over an excercise ball, let dry, deflate ball
- Paint over the paper
- Cut out arm holes
- Cover foam ring with felt and put under neck hole so its more sturdy & comfortable to wear
- Used foam for eyes, felt for nose, & an old shirt for belly, foam or felt for eyebrows
- Cut crepe paper about halfway up & glue on for feathers
