This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.

This photo is of my daughter Harlow (16 months) and her cousin Mayes (15 months). I saw this idea on Pinterest! For the wig, I used grey pom poms from Michaels and used a glue gun to stick it on a fitted hat. The glasses are from Party City. I used PVC pipe to make the walker and cane! They sure do grow up so quickly!!! Now.... GET OFF MY LAWN!!!!
