This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ashley, the 'The Lich Queen' costume creator:
I used Jordan Hanz makeup tuturiol as a guide (she's amazing). I purchased everything separate to create my look. I made my belt out of a decorative chain and used leggings with a bone design. My soul sithe pulled off the rest of the look. Every Queen needs a weapon!
