Lloyd and Harry Costume

My daughter, Mila (3) dressed as Harry, and my son, Aeson (1) dressed as Lloyd from the movie dumb and dumber. Their suits were purchased from Amazon but our mutt cutts van is home made from a wagon. We sewed carpet on the wagon using fishing line and upholstery needles. The face, made from felt and Styrofoam, and the legs, made from cardboard and carpet. We used hot glue to attach the face pieces and reinforced certain weak spots with cardboard. I made the briefcase from a cereal box, covered with black duct tape, and cut a hole in the top for candy to drop in. We couldn't forget petey! Just a little bird plush with duct tape holding his head on.
We loved the idea of doing all this for the kids and they really seemed to have a good time with it too!
