This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Stephanie, the 'Lizard Lady' costume creator:
This is me, I was wearing all black for this look. I like to make this cheap and easy. I created this look by using graftobian modeling wax and making one edge smooth into my skin, the inside area I leave without smoothing for a peeling skin effect, I coat it with latex and let dry. Once it is all dry I painted the inside green and added some yellow designs for scaling . After I painted it all my final touch was some liquid blood applied with a stipple sponge.
