Game of Gnomes Costume

Our names are Troy & Cody Pruett (husband and wife) and we are wearing Game of Gnomes costume which is a play on our favorite tv show Game of Thrones and garden gnomes. We made 80% of our costumes with a few items bought online, like Troy's shirt and Cody's dress. The capes are cut fabric sewed at the top to hold the faux fur piece and as a pocket to tie the top together. The gnome belt was made with shiny black fabric and yellow felt and is taped in the back. The gnome hat was made with poster board shaped into a cone with red felt stapled to it with red staples. Troy's costume was meant to resemble the GOT character, Jon Snow, but instead of a sword, he has a garden shovel. Cody's character is meant to resemble, Daenerys Targaryen, so she has a gold "dragon tooth" necklace, which was actually a spray painted Flintstones saber tooth necklace from a previous costume. This was such a fun costume to make and wear. We loved being original and our friends got a kick out of them too!
