This homemade costume for couples entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ashley, the '1920's Corrupt Cop and his Flapper' costume creator:
My boyfriend and I decided to dress up for the 1920s. Instead of being a gangster and flapper, we made him a corrupt cop. We coordinated colors and added lots of accessories such as, diamond pinky ring, pocket watch, police badge, and coordinating red hat and tie that matches the dress. Also a fake engagement ring, pearl necklace and bracelet, gloves and flapper themed hair style and makeup. Also did 1920's center part hair style for man.
