Fictional Characters
 There is SO much to choose from here.... Pick a Character from your favorite childhood books, or any CREATURE you've ever heard of in all of the tall tales you've been told throughout your life. ( I don't know about YOU..but I've been around a LONG time so I've heard a LOT of stories!) Any BEING that isn't scientifically proven to be REAL, Must, in fact, be a "Fictional" Character. "Sounds the same as "Fantasy" to ME !" you say? CORRECT!..but not absolutely. Now,, I'm not sure WHOM came up with this dividing rule BUT..a "Fictional Character"....must be one being that isn't simply strolling around in anyones imagination...but one ACTUALLY written down and told in stories or shown to us in pictures, etc.
Let me show you a few to choose from ..We may as well start SOMEWHERE eh?
Below we have Mickey Mouse, A Hobbit, And good ole Frank<enstein> ...all "Fictional"....although some of these story images are so ingrained in MY mind that they almost seem a REAL part of my life at one point or another. Click on the image below if you wish to check out these costumes.....
and more at: Frank Bee Costume Center...Your number one costume speciality store. Some good Fictional Characters Costumes might be "Jack in the Beanstalk" or "Snoopy" the Peanuts Character. Then there's "Superman" of course. We ALL love "Puff the Magic Dragon", a fictional character from a song who is quite a goofy looking Dragon if the last costume I saw of him was anything accurate at all. But...we won't go there.  Some of the very VERY best and NEWEST Fictional Characters that I can think of are also going to be in the "Movie Character" Category too I think and those would be Characters from Movies such as "Lord of the Rings". Where else is there such a divine blend of Wizards, Elves, Fairys, Trolls, Dwarfs, Hobbits and...Gollums...just to mention a few. AND...since I'm "mentioning a few"..I may as well show you a few also! Below you see a childs Scarecrow Costume, a Wizard, OliveOyle !!?, and a Tigger for a toddler. Just click on the image to find out all about the costume.     Witches and Warlocks are welcome in these Fantasy Categories also..as are VAMPIRES. They are all Fictional Characters not of this FACT driven world.    Knights, Warriors, and Princesses, etc are in some instances "fictional characters" so you may find some costumes here..just as you will most certainly find them in the Renaissance/Medieval Costumes Category too.
