This homemade costume for boys entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sarah, the 'Fortnite Peely' costume creator:
This is Alex and he is a character from Fortnite Season 8 called Peely. It is made mostly of card board and lots of glue sticks and covered in neoprene. The side opens up so he can slip in and it Velcros shut. This was hand painted with acrylic and spray paint. Alex is also wearing a yellow body suit. We spent over 40 hours creating this and it was well worth it for the reactions we received while trick or treating, especially from other Fortnite characters. We look forward to next Halloween and creating the next costume. I also included an image of the original character for comparison to the costume we created.
