A word from Josie, the 'Vampire' costume creator:
I love Halloween more than any day of the year. I love being crafty and stretching the limits on myself. This costume was a bigger project than i thought it would be. I bought an oversized, velvet, haulter, black dress. The front was completely covered in beads hand sewn to it. I had to undue each bead as well as remove the built in bra. From there i had to size it to my body, i wanted it to be tight and form fitting like Elvira. I made a protruding neck line, as well as added half sleeves so they were long and off the shoulder. Also made a high collar like an old school vampire cape would have. I made my fake nails pointy and flesh colored. No fangs stayed on after buying three different pairs. So i did the best i could with my makeup skills to accomplish the best vampire i could. I loved it :)
