This homemade costume for women entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.

I am wearing the costume idea came from a Halloween decoration of a pumpkin headed scarecrow. I purchased the jumper added the patches and hay I had on another costume I wasn’t using, making use of what I had. Cost $35 with hat and make up by a friend
