Medieval Gargoyles Perched on Stone Pedestals

We made these gargoyle costumes for Halloween this year. We flew off a cathedral in France to celebrate Halloween. We made the stones on the shirt by painting gray felt with stone paint and then gluing it in pieces over stuffing onto a shirt. We sewed legs and put them over our pants to give the illusion of gargoyle legs perching on boxes. We painted a hat, wings, tail, etc with the stone paint to match. We cut holes in boxes and attached them to boots to be the pedestals.
