Mexican & Pinata Costume

This is my boyfriend and I dressed as a Mexican and pinata. We had 2 days to plan and make costumes. I was againest paying for a costume, so I came up with this. I bought crepe paper and glued it to a dress, then bought a pinata and cut it to glue to myself. For the Mexican, I bought a blanket at the thrift store and glued yarn to tne bottom. Then I covered a wrapping paper roll on the left over crepe paper for his pinata stick. And ten we had our costumes for under $20!
