Transformers Unicron Costume

My costume is Unicron from the Transformers franchise. I felt inspired by the recent Transformer's: Rise of the Beasts movie to create a costume based around the character Unicron. The design is inspired by the Transformers Prime series incarnation of the character. The base of the costume uses the "Black Panther" from Rubie's Costumes, with faux leather for the armor (Hiifeuer). I used football shoulder pads and drilled large holes in them to attach the horns with epoxy and urethane foam. The helmet is a Viking helmet (Looyar) with extra horns (Stobok) attached by urethane foam. Artificial aloe plants (Cotsen) were attached to the armor and right weapon as spikes. The left weapon utilized a two inch PVC pipe with a toy ox horn epoxied. Ultimate Black Dragon Wings (HalloweenCostumes.com) were attached to the shoulder armor with HVAC plastic wire ties. To the wings, yellow-orange LED bike lights were tied around them and the shoulder spikes. My mask is based on the Black Panther with custom markings, and purple LED lights attached on the inside of the helmet to illuminate the eyes like a Transformer. Round LED lights (Ifolaina and Tecomlight) that automatically change colors were attached around the armor. Metallic and hammered copper, along with a stone spray paint were used to paint the different aspects of the armor and weapons.
