This homemade costume for women entered our 2023 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ciera, the 'Powerpuff Girls HIM' costume creator:
I got the idea for the HIM costume, because my daughter wanted to be blossom from the Powerpuff Girls series. my daughter and I do cosplay shoots every year for Halloween, and we like to go above and beyond as much as we can. Most of my costume came from Amazon or were items I already owned. The body paint is the mehron brand.
