Pink Bubble Gum stuck to the bottom of a Shoe Costume

This is my daughter, Briya. She is bubble gum stuck to the bottom of a shoe.
I love this costume because of how versatile it is. It can be fun, sexy, easy, whatever you want it to be as long as it's pink with the shoe on your head.
This costume covers everything Halloween. It's candy, that is gross, that it's scary when you think about stepping in gum and how difficult it is to get it off. Everybody's done it and that makes it funny.
I really enjoy preparing for this costume. I love the color pink. So the few weeks before Halloween having to gather up anything and everything pink is a lot of fun!
To make this costume I found a 100 yard roll of 12 inch wide tulle around $15 on Amazon. I cut 6 inch strips using a rotary tool, a ruler and a big cutting mat. From my craft box I found a hot pink ribbon and I tied it between two chairs like a clothing line. I then attached the tulle strips two at a time to the ribbon. 
The pink fanny pack, pink suspenders and the pair of hot pink gloves came in a Halloween accessories pack from Amazon marked 33% off at $9.99. The set also included a hot pink wig which my daughter did not care for.
To be honest my daughter didn't care for the entire costume idea so I bribed her to wear it by allowing her to pick out a different pink wig. She chose an adorable, Bob style piece that came with ponytail clips for $19.99.
Later on I decided to purchase a pink, feather boa, again from Amazon which also came as a set that included a wig. This wig is a different shade of pink matching the feather boa. We liked the idea of using this wig and adding the pink ponytail clips from the first wig set giving her hair two different shades of pink.
To adhere the shoe to her head we sewed the shoe to the wig using a fishing line.
Overall cost of the costume: $55 (Yikes) When doing it over time it doesn't seem like that much!
In her hot pink fanny pack she carries  pink bubble gum (of course) as well as some bubble gum facts and jokes: "What did the bubble gum say to the shoe?" …. "I am stuck on you."

"My mom is trying to start up her own business, recycling discarded chewing gum. But she says she is struggling to get it off the ground."

Originally I got this idea from an old colleague of mine at a workplace Halloween party one year. He showed up to the party in a pink sheet and a tennis shoe over his head.
