A word from Brooke, the 'Old New Hollywood' costume creator:
My 2.5 year old Rosaline is an Andy Warhol rendition. Very simple to reproduce with make up, colored hair spray, black tights and top and a picture frame made with thick foan poster board & bright colored cardboard attached in back at the top of cut out frame with school glue. For an added touch a copy of Warhol's signature in the corner of the frame.
My 7 month old Echo as Holly Golightly in Breakfast at Tiffanys has a toddlers black tank top which I sewed Rhinestones and pearls to, to create the necklace (and to stay in place on a baby) complete with black socks for gloves, a little normal make up & an adult wig with an added crown that I tied up to fir her small frame and bobby pinned. It actually stayed on all night!
We had a great time trick-or-treating in Los Angeles, which is where we are from!
