This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Vanessa, the 'Miley Cyrus on the Wrecking Ball' costume creator:
Last year when I was pregnant, I thought it would be fun to dress up my bump! I was still small, but it was a fun DIY. I just layered a black shirt with a hole cut in it over a gray tank top. I bought a Barbie from the dollar store and dressed her up to look like Miley, then added some chain from Walmart for her to hang from. I loved it!
