This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Susanne, the 'Mary Poppins' costume creator:
I was watching tv the other day and the movie came on. I had most of the things I needed already. I hit glued the berries and Daisy's on my hat. I had to find white gloves. I would say my costume cost around $40, mainly because I didn't have a white shirt or a snazzy umbrella. I attended a dinner for my mom tonight at a local brewery and won 1st place.
