This homemade costume for women entered our 2023 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sarah, the 'Lisa Frank Leopard' costume creator:
I was inspired by my love of all things Lisa Frank, specifically "Hunter" the rainbow colored Leopard.
The makeup was done by me, on myself, with Wolfe brand water activated paints. I also sprayed my hair with temporary colored hairspray and the shirt and ears were found on Amazon.
