This homemade costume for babies entered our 2022 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Darcy, the 'Hei Hei Rooster' costume creator:
This is a remake of a Hei Hei costume I designed a few years ago.
We have a new little one in the family. We will be celebrating Halloween in NC. The original costume had no sleeves because we live in Florida.
This year I added sleeves and feathers and used more vibrant colors.
