A word from Pepper, the 'Giovanna TMNT' costume creator:

Hello, Meet Giovanna the long lost sister of Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo and Raphael…sadly she was separated from them at birth but recently reunited with her turtle family.
I made this costume by hand and I’m also wearing it. All the main pieces are made of Eva foam, foam floor mats, foam clay or Worbla.
My turtle head is Eva foam and covered with foam clay cause I wanted a more realistic skin texture. I added a a piece in the top of my head for a ponytail . My shell is made of foam floor mats glued together and heat gunned into shape. My turtle bodice is made of Eva foam and foam clay on top to add more breast and have a realistic turtle underbelly texture. I wanted a hybrid of some of the TMNT weapons so my weapon I made is a 3 in 1 weapon. It’s a staff but has removable ends of a spear and a sai on each end. So in battle she could use each as a weapon individually or all together. The weapon is made of Eva foam for the blades. The staff is made of pvc piping cover in worbla. My feet/shoes are made of Eva foam I made a duct tape pattern from my platform shoes and covered the feet in foam clay. My gloves are made from large rubber gloves from the dollar store covered with fabric turtle gloves..then lots and lots of liquid latex. I also used foam clay to make sculpt and make the knuckles. Once dry I painted the hands with paint and prosiade mixed together and then airbrushed..also hand made nails out of Eva foam and airbrushed. I also made a muscle suit to go under the catsuit. Each muscle was cut out of furniture foam and hand sanded with a belt sander into shape. Then I glued each muscle to a catsuit base. The outer catsuit I hand dyed a chartreuse colour. Everything then was airbrushed by hand. The head, bodice, shell, feet, catsuit all
In different shades of green and added freckles. This costume took me two full months to build and finish
