A word from Suzy, the 'Forrest Gump & Jenny' costume creator:
My daughter and son n law (Rachel , Tmike) They came up with the ideal because they worked on shrimp boats and their from down south Louisiana called Boothville. They went to thrift stores and found the clothes to put together to become Forrest and Jenny.
