This homemade costume for couples entered our 2022 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Darci, the 'Forrest Gump and Lt. Dan' costume creator:
My boyfriend (dressed as Forrest Gump) is in the Army. A local Halloween party was themed as movie characters, so this felt like the perfect idea. We used his real dog tags, a family wheelchair, and thrifted clothes for both costumes. We spent a total of $20 making both costumes! We had to cut and tie the pants so I could sit on my legs to look like LT Dan!
