This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Blaire, the 'Female Pennywise' costume creator:
Alexis who is 7 came up with this from the talk around school even though she has never seen it! We found the outfit at the Halloween store, the hair and make up my sister and I did- we put her hair in 2 ponytails and ratted it out and sprayed the red in it- makeup we just looked at pictures and made it a little girly! She practiced doing the face a lot! She had a lot of fun playing the part for a fundraiser at a local nursery!
