Evil Tin Man Costume

I am wearing the costume. Got the idea from Robert Tongue. First I made the base of all the pieces by using cardboard and wrapped everything in 6mm Eva foam. The mask is a robot mask with Eva foam added to head and jaw along with some PVC pipes. After adding details like PVC pipes,plastic skulls, and tubing the costume got heavy. So I added spray foam inside the shoulder piece on both sides. To hold costume in place to not move around. I used tons of hot glue and started adding the PVC first then the tubing. Any extra pieces I had laying around like wirenuts and extra PVC I glued to random spots to fill out the costume and not leave any blank spaces. I used a mixture of glow in the dark neon green and a teal green to look like the water residue on the PVC pipes. Added led 9v batteries throughout.
