A word from Jessica, the 'Dead Over the Rainbow' costume creator:
I created this "Dead Over the Rainbow" look for Halloween 2020, aiming for a costume that was Zoom-appropriate given that the pandemic had limited the ways I could share my creation. Cream paints, eyeshadows, spirit gum, and flatback gems were used to craft this grim-meets-glam look.
