Cinderella and Family Costume

My granddaughter Payton is our Cinderella. I made the pieces of her dress and attached them to a flower girl dress she previously wore. For several months I visit our neighborhood Goodwill stores to begin searching for the "right" pieces for our wicked stepmother (myself) and the ugly stepsisters (Payton's mom & aunt). For the handsome Prince, my husband, I made the tasseled shoulder pads with cardboard, gold fabric, and the gold tassels and added the gold roping. I sewed gold ribbon on the collar and cuffs of his jacket and down the legs of his red pants. We even got Payton's great-grandmother to join us as our fairy godmother!
