This homemade costume for women entered our 2011 Halloween Costume Contest.
This costume came together in a very short amount of time, but was so much fun to make!
Tutu is Sansha brand, and was ordered off of Amazon.com
Bodice is a black corset (already owned) with a mixture of boa feathers, long black feathers, and rhinestones.
Crown is made of florists netting wrapped around a headband, spray painted black, then had stones glued onto it.
