This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Vicki, the 'Batgirl' costume creator:
I didn't want to look like a bat girl from a package or goodwill. So I made this. Plus I have a Batman phone case. That's where the idea began. How do I work around that. I am having fun with it. Thank you.
