This homemade costume for women entered our 2011 Halloween Costume Contest.
I am wearing the costume. I got the idea online. I hot glued moss to the inside of a clear garbage bag. I then painted another garbage bag green. I hot glued the two bags together except the bottom so I could slip it over me. At the top on cut red construction paper and hot glued it to make it look like a ziplock bag. I then cut out a hole for my head and arms.
