Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds Costume

Alfred Hitchcocks "The Birds"

Costume type:  Costumes for Couples
Categories:Halloween Costumes, Movie and TV Show Costumes

This store bought costume for couples entered our 2011 Halloween Costume Contest.

A word from Debbie, the 'The Birds' costume creator:

My husband and I were a hit this halloween with our Goodwill purchased costumes! We found the clothing and accessories at the local Goodwill store. We used floral wire to secure the crows, added bird doo-doo with puffy paint. Used an old feather boa for feathers and a little fake blood. I added a couple felt crows to the back from templates that I downloaded from the computer. Our hats had battery operated lights that blinked to simulate the lightning

Tina you can get the lights at any craft store and probably a party store, they are battery operated. The "crown is just bent coat hanger with the lights and some feathers. Hope you have a great time
