80's Workout Superstar Costume

My daughter and I dressed up as 80’s work out superstars. I wanted a creative costume and my daughter loves music, dancing and bright colors so this idea seemed very fitting. I purchased all of the items separately and pieced them together. I purchased the neon green leggings, neon blue leg warmers and the sweat bands from Amazon. I also found the gymnastic leotards on Amazon, they were both kids sizes, I got a size 12/14 for myself and a size 2 for my daughter. The neon yellow belts are actually headbands that I purchased from Walmart, and the sweatshirts I found in the kids section at Walmart as well. I purchased an XL sweater for myself and a 24 month sweater for my daughter, then just cut the bottoms and the neckline of the sweatshirts. The mini boombox was actually mine from when I was a child in the 80’s (thank you Mom and Dad for hanging on to random things from my childhood!!)
