This homemade costume for girls entered our 2022 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Marla, the 'Police Officer' costume creator:
Maddy is an infant child abuse survivor. She is wheelchair bound. Hat is borrowed. Top was bought as she loves sparkles. Blue pants and her tennis shoes.
Her car is cardboard box decorated with paint, duct tape,tea lights and velcro.
Some hot glue helped.
Had a picture of her dog blown up for K-9 partner, along with niece for prisoner.
Window plastic covers winshield and side windows.wheels are attached with screws
