This homemade costume for kids entered our 2021 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sierra, the 'Pennywise and Georgie' costume creator:
My 4 year old saw the book It on the shelf and begged to be the scary evil clown. I broke out the sewing machine and got to work. I also took these photos and she is the happiest little Pennywise with her little sister as Georgie.
