This homemade costume for men entered our 2011 Halloween Costume Contest.
This is my costume of Tom Bakers "4th Doctor" from Doctor Who. I made the coat by putting together parts from 3 different patterns and used a wool suiting for the fabric. Scarf is machine knit, and Vest is hand painted to get the right look.
