This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
My name is Cheryl and I am housewife, mother of 3. My husband and I have Halloween parties every year and try to top last year's costumes. I pieced this together from second hand shops. I'm 43 years old so who doesn't like Bret Michaels. Rock on!!
