This homemade costume for pets entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Emma, the 'Peacock' costume creator:
My teacup yorkie, Gracie, is wearing a peacock costume designed and made by me. My idea came while I was shopping for crafts and discovered some beautiful peacock feathers. The idea grew from there. I made the bodice from sequined material in teal. The skirt was made from teal tulle trimmed in white jeweled beading. The finishing touch was the addition of a fan of peacock feathers, held up by the tulle skirt.
