This homemade costume for kids entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
Piper age 9 and Max age 5. Piper bought two baskets cut out the bottoms. She bought a spool of brown ribbon for the staps to hold the baskets in place. She bought burlap fabric with me and she hot glue gunned sand bags and trick-o- treat bags. On the morning of I went to the store and bought 2 dozen helium balloons. and she tiend them to her and her brothers baskets.
