This homemade costume for girls entered our 2011 Halloween Costume Contest.
This is my daughter's homemade Lady Gaga "Bubble" costume. A friend of mine made it by hot gluing clear christmas ornaments to a slip. The "bubbles" on her head are glued to a simple headband.
