This homemade costume for boys entered our 2009 Halloween Costume Contest.

A word from Patricia, the 'Tommy the Tank Engine' costume creator:
This costume was made from an underbed cardboard storage box, a shoe box, coffee can and lids, a dixie cup and a toilet paper tube wrapped with electrical tape for the chimney, as well as much time and patience.
