Zombie Couple Costume

My boyfriend and I are huge fans of zombies and actually met at the Zombie Pub Crawl in 2012 and were looking forward to once again dressing up as zombies together. Since we are zombie enthusiasts, we went with a more gruesome and realistic look this year and the costumes turned out great and we received more attention than we could have imagined! This idea was found online while I was browsing for zombie couple costumes ideas and I immediately got excited about the idea and actually bought the materials for the costume over a month in advance. The belly was the most extensive portion of the costume; however, it was still pretty simple to make. I took a bowl and cut the bottom off and that made the shape of the pregnant belly. Flour and water was used for skin; food coloring, corn syrup, and chocolate syrup for blood, and the intestines were made of speghetti noodles boiled in food coloring and stuffed in nylons. It rocked and ironically, all edible! The turn out was amazing, everyone loved it, and the Zombie Pub Crawl was once again a success.
