zOmBiE bAlLeRiNa Costume

My daughter Hayley wanted to be a zombie ballerina last year. We couldn’t really find a costume that fitted that definition. So much to her disapproval, she finally agreed to let me make one for her. So we went to a local thrift store to pick up an old black top and black pants that I could cut up. I bought some Halloween themed material and black tuelle. Picked up a crown at a local dollar store which I spray painted black and embellished with a piece of ribbon pearls. I used the tuelle to do her ballet shoe strings. Her makeup was just black and white face paint with fake blood. The costume turned out great I think! In the end my daughter agreed that the costume was pretty awesome especially when she thought about the fact that no one else would ever have the same costume.
