This homemade costume for girls entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Elizabeth, the 'Young Cheetah' costume creator:
I am putting my daughter in the contest she is a cheetah for 2013 halloween I made the tutu using tul and I added cheetah diamonds also on tutu and added a cheetah bow using glue gun.... The cheetah ears and shirt was custom made by a friend
