This homemade costume for babies entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Saba, the 'You'll all Float' costume creator:
My ~18 month toddler is wear this homemade costume. I wanted her to be something scary, yet cute. Something that would crack me up as well as anyone who saw her. I bought a white shirt and white leggings and hand sewed tulle, ribbon and pompoms. Then I distressed the costume with paint, shadow and beet juice. Shoe covers were painted with acrylic and made of a pair of my no show socks.
