This homemade costume for families entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Cassandra, the 'Wizard of Oz' costume creator:
Family costume wearing wizard of oz characters. We do a themed costume every year. The scarecrow costume is the only handmade costume, the rest we ordered. I made the scarecrow costume out of thrift store clothes and a hula skirt for the “straw”, the felt hat was ordered.
