This homemade costume for groups entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ashlie, the 'Wizard of Oz' costume creator:
There was a big group going trick-or-treating,so we decided to dress up. Most of the materials were clothes found at local thrift shops and then embellished with basic items using glue or paint.
