Witch Doctor and Voodoo Doll Costume

My husband and I love going all out for Halloween. I found the idea for the voodoo doll on pinterest and made it myself. Super easy, we just got 5 potato sacks and I cut out the pattern to sew together with black yarn. The mask needed a lining sewn in so it wouldn't be too itchy. Then we just took styrofoam painted it red and hot glued it to sticks for the pins and finished with black pipe cleaners for the hair. Total, we spent about $20. My witch doctor costume is a corset with strips of suede hot glued to it to make the skirt portion. Mine came to about $100 because of the material, but it was a hit!
